Terms of use

You must be 18 or older to place an order or reservation request and to collect fireworks. Staff may ask for photo identification at pickup and may refuse a sale where the law or safety requires it.

Prices are in Indian rupees and are the maximum retail price (MRP) printed on the pack, inclusive of taxes. Photographs are a guide; the pack you collect may look different. The website does not show live stock, so an item can sell out before you collect it.

A reservation request asks the shop to set items aside. It is not an order and nothing is paid online. The shop confirms or declines it by phone or WhatsApp. A confirmed request is held for the period stated when it is confirmed, after which the items return to sale. You pay at the counter when you collect.

A pickup order is formed when your online payment is confirmed by our payment provider and verified by our server. You then receive a receipt with a pickup code. Bring the code to the counter; staff hand over the items once the code matches a paid order. A receipt shown before payment is confirmed is not proof of payment.

If an item cannot be supplied after you have paid, we will tell you and refund it as set out in the cancellation and refund policy.

Fireworks are sold only for collection at the shop. We do not ship or deliver them; see the shipping and pickup policy.

Read and follow the instructions and warnings on every product. Use fireworks only where and when local law and court orders allow, keep them away from children and heat, and transport them safely. The shop is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, by ignoring the printed instructions, or by use contrary to law.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access staff areas, submit false orders or interfere with its operation. Website content, the logo and photographs belong to the shop and may not be copied for commercial use.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
