Shipping & pickup policy

Fireworks are explosives under Indian law, and their sale through online delivery is not permitted. We do not ship by courier or post and do not deliver to any address. We never ask for a delivery address.

Collect from Shreehari Fireworks, Rajwadi Dhaba, Dehgam, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, during the opening hours shown on the visit page.

A paid order is usually packed and ready within a few hours of payment during opening hours. Your receipt page shows its status. Bring the pickup code shown on the receipt.

Show your pickup code. Staff check it against your paid order and hand over the items. An adult (18 or older) must collect, and staff may ask for photo identification. Someone else may collect for you if they have the pickup code and meet the same conditions.

If a paid order is not collected, we will call you. If we cannot agree a pickup time, we cancel it and refund it in full as described in the cancellation and refund policy.
